Property administration

Organise property records, service schedules, supplier contacts and routine documentation.

Service-provider follow-up

Coordinate quotations, scheduling and progress updates within the owner’s agreed approval limits.

Site checks

Arrange agreed checks, document visible issues and identify items that need an owner’s decision or specialist inspection.

Owner updates

Connected rental support

Where tenants or short-term guests are involved, coordinate the relevant rental or hospitality support under a defined scope.

Know what is happening without chasing every task.

The arrangement begins with an agreed work schedule and reporting process. Property decisions and expenditure follow the owner’s approval arrangements.

  • Defined maintenance and administration tasks
  • Named contact and escalation routes
  • Records of reported issues and work status
  • Agreed review frequency and owner updates
  • Separate identification of repair and third-party costs

How we get started.

Understand the operation

Discuss the property location, current condition, existing providers and the tasks that need attention.

Agree the scope

Define the tasks, responsibilities, approval limits, fees and reporting arrangements before work begins.

Coordinate & review

Follow up the agreed work, record outstanding items and review priorities with your nominated contact.

Before we begin.

Can you support an owner who is away?

We can discuss site coordination and reporting for an owner who cannot attend regularly. Availability and visit arrangements are confirmed during scoping.

Are repair costs included in the management fee?

The proposal identifies the coordination included. Repairs, materials and third-party services are costed separately and follow agreed approval arrangements.

Can you work with our existing contractors?

Yes, where agreed. We define responsibilities and follow-up arrangements with the owner and existing providers.

Give your property a clear point of contact.

Tell us about the location, current arrangements and the work you need help coordinating.
